    Maybe it's just me but......

WHY in the world do people crop their card pics like this:

    http://cgi.ebay.com/2001-Leaf-Certif...QQcmdZViewItem

Maybe it's just me, but I would never bid on an auction with a pic of the card cropped like that. To me it screams "I have flaws!" I can imagine, especially with the delicate nature of the given card in the auction, that there are all kind of flaws. If not, why in the world not want to show all the edges/corners/etc? :icon_roll

It helps when people steal images as well.. They crop them down to get rid of the background :(

when i have tried to scan cards, some of them end up like that for no reason without me cropping. that said, i would never post any of my cards like that for sale. That is why i use the digital camera

to be honest I feel that the flaws are not only with the card but more with the player.

I do agree though that it is cropped down way to much. But I think Jay is right they stoled it from someone else.

I can't see someone stealing a scan of a Quincy Carter card. lol The seller may have just done a rush job considering he probably knows the card won't sell for much. Just my 2 cents.

    LOL

    Ya'll are so silly

OK...maybe I should have used a different player for an example. I shall go hang my head in shame now for using the Quincy Carter auction as an example (and hang it even further since I considered for a sec in bidding on it) :icon_redf
