SP Authentic pull of a lifetime

I was down at my local card shop last week and the owner told me he had the pull of a lifetime. He opened one pack from a new box of 2006-07 SP authentic and hit a Jordan, Lebron, Dr. J triple auto numbered to 25.He sold it that day for $900 cash, did he get a good deal or not? I told him I thought he did OK, he couldnt go wrong either way and if he put it on ebay he would lose so much in fees.
What do you guys think? Did he do OK.

    Moved to basketball card talk.

Honestly, I think he probably would have gotten more for it at a card show and maybe on ebay.

He definitely could have got more for that IMO, but $900 isn't bad. He might have been able to get another two or three hundred bucks for it. Btw, did you get to see this card?
