    Absolutely trade Guillen for Hafner.

    If there aren't any free agent shortstops you like, move Sanchez to SS, and find a 2B you like.

    yeah but then i will have to bench Francoeur and dont forget about Morneau but weeks is a free agent hard call isn't

    Having good players on the bench isn't a bad thing. Or you could maybe trade for one more closer. Your starting pitching looks pretty well set.
