    What does a refractor look like for example Topps 07?

    If you look on the back of the card, below the card #, it should say if it is a refractor or not.

    The card will reflect, or refract various colors like green,red, blue when held at different angles.

    They really stick out compared to most base cards, Topps chrome can be tricky, but as stated above the newer cards have refractor printed under the number on the back of the card.
