Set Time "Guaranteed" Trades Not Allowed

It seems SCF has been hit with an influx of 24-hour guaranteed trade threads. These are a lot like auction style trade threads and those are not allowed on SCF. Therefore, these set time trade trades are not allowed either. There's been too many instances of issues with these on other sites and we will not have that happen here.

Yeah, I agree with the action taken against this practice. Some people who don't get any offers just try to extend the time and a trade isn't even guaranteed. Are infractions gonna be given out when these happen to pop up once in a while?

great move tony,i found this type of activity to be extremely annoying,and i also suggest infraction points to anyone who engages in basically 24 hour card auctions not card trades take care steve

i enjoy the 24 hour trade and think its a bad idea to get rid of them.

Because of the "auction style" in a 24 hour trade and then people extending it because they didn't get what they want. There has been also numerous problems on other sites with them that we do not want to get involved in. It would just be best that we don't allow them on here.
