    Question Error Cards

Are error cards worth anything or are they a priceless type of object?

The most valuable recent error card is the 2002 UD Prospect Premieres error card of Matt Pender with Curtis Granderson's picture on it. Both Tigers prospects. You have to send it in to UD to get a replacement.

Error cards were a big thing in the late 80's to early 90's but now they're pretty much flawed worthless cards.

Some carry extra value, others don't. It depends on who the player is and what the error is.

I remember once there was an error card where on the end of the bat someone had written "F*ck Face". This is one of the most sought-after error cards. I believe there are three versions, one you see it, one there is a white box, and one there is a black box. Can't remember the player though.

1989 Fleer - Billy Ripken. That card was hilarious!

it depends, if the error was not corrected, then it is not worth anymore, but if it was corrected it can be worth something, depending on how many errors got out, in some cases errors can be true 1 of 1s. I have a 01-02 Vanguard card w/ Rick DiPietro's picture on the front and Peter Bondras picture upside down on the back, as far as I know it was the only one messed up.

Do you have a scan of it Slugger21? I'd be interested in seeing it. Thanks.
