    Well I'm not 100% positive but if he wants to close it early and take less cardcash then he can.

    He can sell it to anybody whatever they bid but most logically you would assume it would be the person with the highest bid.

    I know that happened with somebody else and they decided to sell it to somebody who bid less so that's what I'm basing it on.

    Not a problem the whole cardcash auctions is new to most people so it is confusing to know everything. We all make mistakes.
