    McCormick appears in court after fatal car crash

    The mother of two young boys killed in a motorway crash attended court on Monday to see footballer Luke McCormick charged with causing their deaths.

    Just am update - as this is still ongoing Luke McCormick has been suspended by his club - Plymouth Argyle.

    As a idea of what will happen to him - a few years ago Lee Hughes (a striker for West Brom at the time) caused the death of someone while drivimg when drunk. he was jailed for about 4 years. upon his release he joined Oldham Athletic (League 1 club - 3rd tier of English Football) this time last year.
