As CHillyDoggy stated, just dribble as much as you can in your free time.

No matter what kind of dribbling you are doing, (left-hand, right-hand, between the legs, behind the back, etc) keep your head UP. Do NOT look at the ball or the ground. It ruins the purpose of the drill and will not help you.

I coached YMCA Youth Basketball for years. One drill we did was set a line of chairs from the free throw line to mid-court or there abouts. Each player would dribble through the chairs changing hands to keep the chair on the inside and the ball on the outside. It forced the players to learn both left and right handed dribbling and protecting the ball. When they reached the free throw line the would drive the basket for a layup, but it had to be over the front of the rim; no backboard. Hope that was clear enough.

From all my years playing the one that helped me the most was this....

    - Grab two basketballs
    - Dribble one in each hand while standing in place
    - Walk to the other end of the court dribbling each ball in each hand
    - Walk backward to where you started
    - Repeat jogging and then running

I forget who it was, but one of the better ball-handlers used to wear garden gloves and dribble.

dribble a tennis ball without looking.. will really improve your handle... also draw a straight line or lay out a strong and try to hit it every bounce while dribbling alternate hands.... another great drill is get a rubber ball and dribble it down a stone driveway... this will improve your touch.
