Since Graphics work takes a lot of time and effort, I want to reward anyone who takes their time to make banners, even if not on the team. Low quality banners will be paid 10cc to 25cc per banner made. Top quality banners will be paid 25cc to 50cc per banner made. Quality will be decided by the Graphics person in charge. A record of banners will have their own Sticky at the top and when they reach a total of 300cc, they can "cash out" the 300cc. THIS IS ONLY DONE IF THE BANNER IS MADE FOR FREE FOR SOMEONE ELSE. Staff will also be rewarded if made for free. If the member doesn't agree with what you assess, they can come to me. This is a quick reminder, if it is no longer the Graphics team job to be creating banners, they will make them if they want to.

If anyone charge anything, cc, cards, cash, or receive any of this from the member, they are not eligible for this little program. Also, contests with "the best banner wins" will not be eligible. Also, banners made that do not fit site requirements will not count. 300x100 pixels and 50kb for regular members and 500x100 pixels and 75kb for VIP/Premium members.

If you created a banner and you do not see it in the sticky, please notify a Graphics Team member.
