Iggy's SCF Bithrday Celebration Giveaway

To thank you all who have been a part of SCF, I will be giving away various cards/CC on this thread thoughout the day.
So there's no favoritism, here's how the winners will be picked. I am going to use a random number generator. The first 2 digits will be skipped and then I'll use the next 4 digits. I will take those digits and match it up with that member according to member numbers (a member number is the same number you use for referrals). TO WIN, YOU MUST HAVE BEEN ACTIVE (made a post) WITHIN THE PAST 7 DAYS. If a number is drawn of an inactive user or a number is drawn for a user that doesn't exist, I will repeat the process untill I get a winner.
YOU MUST CONTACT ME TO RECEIVE YOUR PRIZE! With my various duties behind the scenes, I do not have time to chase down each winner to get their information. ALL PRIZES MUST BE CLAIMED BY 12PM EST on March 4th, 2004. I plan on going to the Post Office right after noon. So therefore, if you see one of your buddies won a prize, you might want to send them a friendly reminder incase they don't catch it themself.

Iggy , what happens if you signed up before 1000(those members that signed up with only 3 #'s)?

Sequence can produce a 0 so like 0938 or somtin.

The reason I'm skipping the first 2 digits so so there can be a # that starts out with 0's. So I very well could possibly get a number :
540001
So that would mean member #0001 would win (if it was a good number).
