    MLB GTS - Tues, Mar 30th - 1st game!!

We now start our 2nd annual MLB GTS

the winner is determined as follows, in this exact order,:

    1. guess winning team
    2. guess exact score of game
(over & under worth same amount of 1 point per run)

usually, after #1 and #2, a winner can be determined. BUT, if there's still a tie, here are the tiebreakers:
    3. person closest to exact score of winning team, without going over that score
    4. person closest to exact score of losing team, without going over that score.

for example: Dodgers vs Angels, Dodgers win 3-0

    Joe guess Dodgers 2-0
    Jack guesses Dodgers 4-0

per rule #3, Joe wins the GTS.

If you are a bit confused, don't worry - once you've played this enough, you will see how the rules are applied.

remember, this is all for fun....please do not take this so seriously that you would consider making threats, lawsuits, etc. No one is hurt financially if he/she doesn't win. It's just a game.

Everyone is invited to enter; no purchase necessary

Having said all that, here comes Game #1 of MLB GTS 2004:

    100 cc for winner
125 cc for winning team AND exact score

Deadline: Tues, March 30th, 5 am EST / 2 am PST

    NY Yankees
    Tampa Bay Devil Rays

NOTE THE DEADLINE: this opening game is play in Japan; most folks will be asleep at the time the game is being played. I am putting this up several days in advance to compensate.

You are allowed to edit your scores as often as you wish, up until deadline.

JUST-FOR-CARDS was the winner of our inaugural MLB GTS 2003. Who will win MBL GTS 2004?
