    Old Cards New Guides

I have a lot of cards from about 1987 to 1994. I just got a beckett hoping to find some prices and half the cards arent even listed in the book. Not the actual cards, but the sets. It seems like anything more than two years old doesnt get much attention in the beckett. Are there other price guides where i can find the worth of these old cards. A lady in the card store told me something about almanacs.

Beckett Baseball Card Price Guide Book

You might want to spend a little money to subscribe to Beckett's online price guide. Or look up your cards one at a time on Beckett's website. Or...

The Beckett Baseball Card Price Guide No. 25 goes for $14.95 while the Beckett Baseball Card Price Guide No. 26 - 2004 Edition goes for $24.95. Both are available from the Beckett store, various card shops, book stores, card shows and maybe even your local library. NOTE: The 2004 edition ships on 4/12/04. You may want to go for the older edition if you just want to look up older cards. (I personally like to use them as checklists). Good luck! :)
