How do you display index card autos?

Hi, I have index card autos of big players like Berkman and Yao and want to frame it. I don't want to do cut autos because I might mess up. I want to display it like this:

So I want to put a 8x10 of bigger photo on the top of the frame and the 3 x5 or 4x6 index card on the bottom. Do I have to get it professionally framed or can I do it my self. Thanks

there are stores who sell pre-matted pieces so you can just buy a frame and put the pre-matted piece in. but if you want it to look professional, you should probably just bring it to a professional-

Where do they sell them?
