Addendum: I'm not currently looking for trades for other cards on my wantlist unless they also include a good amount of the cards listed above. This is due to lack of time to work out good deals.

Bump - still looking for all of the above. Even if you just have a few of those above - I would give card cash for almost any mix of those plus cards from my other wantlists.
