$15M Lawsuit claims ex-Met Roberto Alomar had sex knowing he had AIDS
Baseball great Roberto Alomar has full-blown AIDS but insisted on having unprotected sex, his ex-girlfriend charged Tuesday in a bombshell lawsuit.
The shocking claim was leveled by Ilya Dall, 31, who said she lived with the ex-Met for three years and watched in horror as his health worsened.

She filed the lawsuit for emotional distress and exposing her children to the virus, but it also says that
It says they got the results on Feb 6, 2006 and that once he tested positive, she took a test and tested negative. It also says that after that she no longer had unprotected sex with him. I can only assume that means they still had sex just not unprotected sex. The article also states that they didn't break up until October 2008
This is an interesting quote...
"He jeopardized the health, well-being and life of the plaintiff, which caused her to have a fear of contracting AIDS, often referred to as AIDS phobia," the suit says.
If she was so worried about contracting HIV, why would she still be dating him as well as still having any sort of sexual contact with him. Even if he knew before she did, she had 2+ years with him while she knew he had AIDS. To me it's a joke of a lawsuit if these dates are all accurate. If someone if so fearful of something they usually don't keep doing that thing.
