Let's give a warm welcome to our newest HOF member, arpsmith. Adam has amassed an amazing collrction of Willie McCovey, with a great mix of both new and old.

Total Cards minus 1/1: 848/1576 – 54.0%
Total GU: 282/705 – 40.0%
Total GU minus 1/1: 282/579 – 48.7%
Total Auto: 51/480 – 10.6%
Total Auto minus 1/1: 51/352 – 14.5%
Vintage (Pre 1980): 136/190 – 71.6%

I also have 3 Bobbleheads, a couple posters, several SF Giants programs & books featuring McCovey, 2 Pins and a SF Giants pennant from his rookie year.

The player I collect is Willie McCovey, HOF first baseman of the San Francisco Giants. McCovey was my favorite player on my favorite team growing up; I saw his last home game and last extra base hit at Candlestick Park when I was 9 years old.

I started collecting him in the early 90’s before the explosion of card and I can say with confidence I had a much higher percentage of his cards back then than I do now.

Just took a peek, love the Fleer ROY Collection Auto card, that is a beauty. Overall, very nice collection!

That's a great collection. I remember the first baseball game I ever saw when I was a kid was a replay during a rainout of one of the games he hit two home runs in one inning. Always loved him after that.
