Who do you think was the better Rookie?

Vote for who you think was the better Rookie this season. Pick who you think made an overall impact to there teams and made was the most valuable.

You all know who i vote for lmao...
But i think he made a major impact to his team and he's the reason why they went so far into the playoffs, unlike the other rookies. But that's just my opinion, post your yours if ya like.

dwayne wade definetly, the whole point of the sports is to win.......and obviously he helped his team win the most by makin it to the playoffs

He helped, Carmelo is my favorite personally, but the Vote goes to Lebron. He had MVP type stats, and the weakest team to suppost him, he east is the easier league, but hands down he helped his team the most

agree with Cardbuyer - Lebron was the runaway rookie.

He came in with tons of hype, and surpassed them all

He did better than Garnett, Kobe, Jermaine O'Neal.....perhaps the best ever to come out of high school and perform so well in his first year in the NBA

Dwayne Wade showed what a clutch player he was in the playoffs. But, that is the playoffs.

The rule is that the Rookie of the Year is awarded for what you did during the regular season.....and Lebron did better

that's what folks used to say about Michael Jordan

the great players (and Lebron is not yet in that category, but will be soon) are the ones taking most of the shots

the not-so-good players don't get the chance to take 30 shots

pod- yea jordan used to take 30 shots but he would hit about 20+ out of those 30........lebron on the other hand takes 30+++ shots makes 10++...........and people like you compare him to jordan HAHAHA

before you even mention lebron and jordan in the same sentence.........kobe bryant is way more clutch and has 3 rings over lebron

im not trying to argue just puttin in my 2 cents

If you devide out Lebron's shots by game played, its 18.8 shots a game, not 30

Lebron also made 41.7% of his shots

Wade shot a little better, and had a great rookie season. He was #6 in the NBA in turnovers, and #5 in turnovers per 48 minutes though

First of all, Lebron was 18 years old and in his 1st NBA season, 1 year removed from high school

Second, I didn't even compare him to Jordan

Third, being a Lakers fan (see the Pro Basketball Forum, where I have an LA LAkers thread that I update frequently), I am well aware that Kobe is the closest thing to being the actual Jordan himself.
