    Border Question

Can anyone give me some advice as to how I would go about creating a border like, or similar to the black one pictured on this card, on a card of my own using photoshop?

Look for a font or some vector images you can use. There are a ton of sites out there that offer them. DaFont.com and Brusheezy.com come to mind.

Another way would probably be the pen tool. I haven't been able to figure out how to use it very well, but with some of the demos/tutorials I've seen with it you can definitely create some nice looking borders like that.

Thanks for the advice, I'll try out both techniques.

You can also try to use the magic wand to select the black area on that card.
