What do you as a NEW Member NEED to know?

10 Post Rule

New members will not be allowed to post links or images until they have reached 10 posts in our forums. The reason for this is to prevent members from posting unwanted images or links to unwanted sites on SCF. This has been the best "Spam Preventative" measure implemented at SCF and having a clean site is very important.....so if this hinders your first day here, we truly apologize, but please keep in mind what this initial limitation ultimately provides.

Posting Guidelines

2. Posting Guidelines. When posting a new topic, please select the forum that best relates to the subject matter of your topic. If you are unsure, contact a moderator or the admin. Redundant topics are not allowed and are considered spam. When posting a new topic do not use the CAPS lock. It is hard to read and is considered yelling. When replying in an existing topic it is fine to use CAPS or bold to highlight main points.

* Any off-topic posts will be deleted or moved to an appropriate forum as per administrator & moderator discretion.
* Thread hijacking is strictly prohibited, please post your own trade or discussion thread instead of using another member's.
* SCF Staff members reserve the right to close or delete any post or thread that may be deemed unacceptable or improper for this website.

Bumping rule 8 hour
3. Threads cannot be bumped until 8 hours has elapsed. This means you have to wait until at least 8 hours after your previous post, which includes the initial post that starts the thread. That means any consecutive post will be considered a bump unless specifically replying to a different member.

Language Guideline
5. Language Guidelines. Any foul or hostile language used in SCF will not be tolerated. This includes any derogatory statements and profanity. In accordance, using symbols to represent letters or to cover letters/words is not permitted either as the words are easy to decipher.

Direct or indirect personal attacks are strictly not permitted. Insults and negative attitudes are not allowed. It is better to walk away from a possible confrontation and come back with constructive arguments.

All members have the right to there own ideas, beliefs and faiths. Members have the right to express these on SCF with equal respect and consideration if they are not disruptive. Any issues arises from this will result in infractions.

Signatures
12. Signatures. Please keep your signatures limited to no more than 5 lines. You may also have a banner image in your signature. The size limit for the banner should be no larger than 100 pixels high x 300 pixels wide (45k size) and there is only to be one such image in any signature. Premium and VIP members are allowed 500 x 100 (75k size). Also, members cannot have a font size larger than "3" typed in their sigs. If you want something larger than that, create a banner. Having a link to your personal site like Freewebs is allowed. Having a link to your business website in your signature is prohibited without having a link back to SCF. The link must be approved by the SCF staff. Please contact any SCF staff member for approval.

Also, links to Ebay stores are permitted in your sig only for staff members, ex-staff members and VIP members. No other auction/store site is permitted unless you are a site Sponsor promoting your own store. However, you still can use the eBay profile link that's under your user name when you post as well as post auctions in the Sites and Auctions Forum.

MSF Rules
15. Must Send First Rule. Any trader with less than 20 positive feedback will be required to to send first regardless of buying, selling or trading, unless a team manager or assistant team manager is willing to vouch for the trader under 20 feedback. The staff member that does vouch for a trader under 20 feedback is willing to back the trade if something goes wrong, with that in mind it would be of benefit to everybody to purchase INS on the package or DC at the bare minimal if a staff member is vouching for you.

A trader assigned a must send first tag/badge on the forums is a trader who has been found to have multiple trading issues here on SCF or another website. Regardless of the type of transaction (buy, trade or sell), this trader must send first at all times. With this badge on it also means that a new member does not send first to a trader with a must send first tag/badge on the forums.

If both trading parties are under the 20 feedback mark, the transaction will be sent at the same time. No feedback count is better then the other when both are under 20 feedback on SCF. Although getting to 20 feedback's is a lot, it is here as a protection measurement and not as punishment for signing up.

If 20+ feedback has been transferred from another confirmed site, then the member does not have to send first and the MSF message which appears under their name in the trade manager can be ignored. This does NOT apply to a trader with the must send first tag/badge.

Also, no member is permitted to post their own MSF trading rule in their signature as Per this announcement, however posting SCF's MSF trading rule is fine.

Any Packer stuff is good! Aaron is my favorite--also like Jennings, Grant, DD, KGB, William Henderson, Nick Collins, etc. Fan Fest is a good place to get autographs and a great way to meet coaches, Bob Harlan, TT, former players. This year I got James Lofton. Packers Partners Club of Champions opens the doors to great experiences at Lambeau Field:-)
