It would be GREAT if Chicago gets to the finals, but in my opinion this season has already been a success. We finished fourth in the West, third best record in the West, every game a sellout at the UC and made it to the Western Finals.
After 7 years of some very horrible teams it has been great watching a competitive team on the ice again.

Hobby wise I remember a couple of years ago when product would come out you would be lucky to see maybe 3 or 4 Blackhawks in the set, while other teams would have 8 to 10 players.

I am not going to get into a war of words with the Red Wings fans, because as I have been reading it is somewhat useless with some of their fans. I will just read the post and have a good laugh.

There is not really any point in trashing either team in my opinion!! Both teams have had great seasons and it is a ORIGINAL SIX SERIES!!! YES!! The way I look at it you have the BEST TEAM in hockey playing the BEST YOUNG TEAM in hockey!! I can't wait!! I also see lots of matchup problems in this series. When you have player like Hossa, Zetty and Pavs and Toews and kane then things are gonna be exciting!! One positive for us right now is we knocked off the Ducks without Pavs doing anything offensive!! If he gets going WATCH OUT!!!

One more thing. Lets have a GOOD, CLEAN series!! No Cheap stuff!!

Wings should have no problem beating the hawks. They have more talent, skill, depth, experience, and better goal tending. The hawks are not better than detroit in any category except an extra couple days of rest. Chicago fans...I must ask, what is the plan for beating detroit???
