Mantle Graded cards and a Few others
Please People feel free to post your own GRaded vintage cards.
I just got these today after being on the road for 5 hours to get them graded.
Becket was actually close enough to get some of my cards graded. To bad I did not have more money.
LMK what you think of what I did get graded.
They are GARANTEED to be graded as marked by beckett if ever taken in to get slabbed.....
MY SCANNER gives these cards NO justice. LOL
1958 Topps Mickey Mantle AS
Beckett Grade 4.0 (Decent)
1961 Topps Mickey Mantle MVP
Beckett Grade 6.5 (WOW was Very Happy with this one)
1966 Topps Mickey Mantle
Beckett 4.5 (Not bad was expecting at most a 4.0 LOL)
1967 Topps Mickey Mantle
Beckett 6.0 (Very Nice card)
Also Took a chance with a couple of other cards
1958 Topps Gil Hodges
Beckett 6.0 (Was very pleased with this)
1958 Topps Marty Keough (Common)
Beckett 8.0 (VERY VERY SHOCKED) Never get my money back out of this one but I felt it was worth seeing its grade
I also got a few of my autos graded

nice grades for those vintage. I say you slab the 6.0 and higher cards. i suggest PSA for your vintage and beckett for your modern cards.

Just out of curiosity why were you very shocked on the Marty Keough - were you expecting a higher grade? Thanks for sharing some really nice vintage!

Great vintage with some excellent grades. Unlike another poster, I think you did the right thing using BVG as opposed to PSA. You got a tougher graded card and a heavier holder and the the card will not sustain anymore damage by moving around in the holder...Sweet cards dude!

Thank you all. I will be trading EVERYTHING I have for nice condition vintage cards to include the autos here that I have graded.
As well as ALL my GU RCs inserts and base....
Beckett seems to be harder for me to get a decent grade out of them. So to get an 8 on the 58 common card was sweet. I was thinking maybe 6.5-7 but not an 8.
PSA is always nice to have as well.
I have a couple of other vintage cards graded NEar Mint that I will scan and put on here in a little bit.
I will edit this post if noone else posts.
The 58 AS Mantle is one of my favorite cards as well. To bad this is my 3rd one I have had but kept trading them off until I got a decent one. LOL
