    Shipping to Japan?

I have never shipped outside the US.

How much to ship a card to Japan in a bubble envelope and do I need to do or know anything else about shipping overseas? DC, insurance?

Its only about a $30 dollar card.

    this is the cheapest

    Priority Mail® International Flat-Rate Envelope 6 - 10 Days $12.95 $12.30

got that from the USPS website

UPS or Fedex may be cheaper but i would need the address postal code to find out prices

I chose large envelope not knowing if this is what the bubble envelopes would fall under but they have a first class Intnl' for what looks like the same price as shipping in the US.

    Would this be correct?

    USPS by the way.

Shouldnt be more than a few dollars. From canada to japan, it costs about $4 in a bubble mailer...usps should be cheaper than canada post

Well... The letter option does not give a timeframe for shipping. I have heard horror stories about stuff taking weeks to get there before. I would go more for the sure thing

I have shipped many times Overseas and alot to Japan. In a normal size bubble envelope shouldn't cost you no more than $4. You cannot insure the item unless you buy the above information Tutall gave ya.
