Disappointing 08 Sweet Spot Tin from Target
Picked it up for $30. 3 Packs per tin with 1 GU or AU per tin on average:
Here's the breakdown
Pack 1:
Wright
Papelbon
Oswalt
Utley
Dice-K
Hamilton
Howard
Carpenter
Tony Lazzeri YSL
Pack 2:
Francouer
Markakis
Webb
Ramirez
Rollins
Zimmerman
Hamels
Hughes
Lou Gherig YSL
Pack 3:
Jeter
REyes
Martin
Jones
Harang
Wells
Willis
Manny Ramirez Sweet Swatch GU Jersey
So, idk. For a $30 sweet spot tin, I think it could have been better.
Anyways, also picked up four packs of 07 UD for $1.59 each, all base except:
Justin Hampson RC
Fred Lewis RC
Ryan Braun (Royals) RC

Well, I was limited with what was at Target. Didn't realize there was even a retail version of Sweet Spot. Just thought it was one type of Sweet Spot, and not a hobby and retail version. lol, well I guess it could be worse. At least I'll eventually find someone to trade the Manny to.

I wouldn't have bought the card to begin with, was really hoping to get a Sweet Spot Auto (it is called Sweet Spot for a reason), but didn't end up with one.

Stl Cardinals Fan,
Don't feel too bad, I have brought many single packs of Sweet Spot and I have more misses than hits. Currently I have three (3) Jim Thome Sweet Patch Memo and (2) of Frank Thomas. I am afraid to purchase another pack because of Jim Thome.

Yeah, I thought this would be a good tin of Sweet Spot, didn't realize there was a difference between these and the ones you'd get from a cardshop or something. Ah well,
