What Years Do You Consider Vintage?

Today I was at work and got the thought in my head, what years do people consider Vintage for cards? Does the year get higher as the years pass or is there a cut off since 83-94 were "crap years." You tell me cause I am thinkin that Vintage cuts off about the '83 Topps....

    BAM

I would think anything before the Topps monopoly collasped in 1981 but I can see vintage ending in 1969 also.

I'm with those that suggested the pre 1970's but as more time passes that time frame should expand.

I know many aren't fond of these years due to mass production but there are still great products-even if a ton is still available.

It's like classic rock music...classic rock used to be 50s, 60s, and early 70s, but now, it has moved to include all of the 70s and the cutoff is the early 80s. But as dfr mentioned, that cutoff date will continue to move as time passes. At some point, even the disgraceful 90s will be vintage...not sure anybody will really care though.

For me I feel that vintage is early 80's and older. However, when someone says vintage I usually think of 60's and older.
