Grizzlies set to offer Allen Iverson a contract
Earlier today, ESPN reported that the Memphis Grizzlies are prepared to offer Allen Iverson a one-year contract worth approximately $5 million.

Agree, if it was 10 million, i think he would take it, however, no team will give him more than 5

heck no, he would just complain that he isn't getting the ball.
Memphis is perfect for him, because he would be the star and get the shots he needs.

Agreed. And the Grizzlies having him might attract some more fans. I don't think he will help the team get to the playoffs, I don't think he will even help them come close to the playoffs, but he will be the star, he will get his shots, and he will sell tickets. It sounds like a win-win situation for both sides to me, the only downside is Iverson will want more money I'm certain.
