Usain Bolt breaks ANOTHER world record!

Earlier this week, Jamican sprinter Usain Bolt broke his own world record in the 100 meter dash, by posting a time of 9.58 seconds, obliterating the old world record (his) of 9.69 seconds, set in the 2008 Olympics. Now, he broke the 200 meter dash world record, by posting a time of 19.19 seconds, also obliterating the old world record (set by him) of 19.30 seconds, also set in the 2008 Olympics. What is really amazing about this is the fact that his 100 meter dash was 9.58 seconds, which would be 19.16 seconds for 200 meters, and he was only .03 seconds slower while actually doing it, as opposed to just doubling the number.

    He is just insanely fast!

That's amazing that he was able to maintain that speed and consistency.

Yeah, it really is...machines are the only things that are supposed to be able to maintain speed on a course double the length!

Doesn't surprise me that his 200M time is close to that of double his 100M time. Have to remember that for the 2nd half of the 200M race, he doesn't have to start from a dead stop again. He is already at full speed which obviously saves times. I would venture to guess that he probably has a better time on the final 100M than the first 100M.

Yeah, I think it will in alot of people...and I surely hope he's clean, but in this day and age, you can't be sure about anything unless there are tests that prove it one way or another.

    COME ON MAN!!

you dont need proof anymore... when people are acquised and proven guilty at every corner, people have lied under oath for cryin out loud! its clear as day its all around us, every sport has big name athletes who have been proven guilty... yeah that doesnt meen everyone is automatically guity... its called guilt by association, the people who are clean are considered guilty bacuase of there peers... Its not fair, but thats the way it is these days...

Lance Armstrong, got tested for years... yet he still finds himself in the middle of controversy... You say "I have faith he did it clean" lol faith is good, but in this day and age, until hes proven innocent, hes basically guilty...
