    Ebay/Paypal dispute Help

Hello I am looking for a little help in how to go about resolving a problem on ebay. I purchased a card at a great price 2 weeks ago, and just this weekend I had to email the person asking if the card had been sent. He said it was sent last saturday but did not provide any type of tracking #. The seller has only 5 seller feedback. I am not the type of person who likes or has given out negative feedback, so I am trying to see what the best method to solving this would be. I know that Ebay has a resolution center for things like this; to get my money back would I have to file a dispute through paypal or ebay? I paid an awesome price so i hate to end up not getting the card = [. Anyways, any help would be appreciated!

first you should check to see if that seller gives refunds or not and secondly I have close contacts that have gone thru similar stuff and both ebay and paypal said to him 'we agree...your right...but your not getting any money back...' so you might want to prepare yourself 'for the worse' Just my 2 cents.
