    Not Completely Off Topic...

But maybe you can help. I am new to the forum, but I have spent the better half of the afternoon going through and checking the site out. I notice that many people have complete lists of all the cards from a particular player that they are collecting. Is there a website somewhere that provides this information easily, or are these lists manually created?

Along the same lines, anyone know of an easy way to digitally catalog a collection? I am starting to go through my collection that I haven't looked at in 10 years, and it would be nice if I could easily get the information about my collection in a DB somewhere where I could search it to easily track and find things. Obviously, I would have to manually enter a bunch of information, but wasn't sure if there are any tools out there to help with the process.

    Thanks,

Moving to General Sports Card Talk...you should be able to find more help there.

The place I use for a list of all (or at least most) of the cards a player has is Beckett.com. They have very comprehensive lists, at least a good place to start.

Use a spreadsheet to catalog your cards. That way, you can set it up however you like it.

Thanks everyone for the advice. I have a profile at Beckett, so I guess I will start there.

I might use a spreadsheet to track cards I am missing for sets. I was hoping there was a tool where I could select a year and set and just check off what I have or don't have and build a catalog that way.
