Cant beleive I havent heard about this sooner. Where is CNN? NBC? ABC? CBS? even Fox dropped the ball on this story? Where is Obama? I'm guessing there will be a Press conference at any time now. This is the biggest story since paris hilton's dog was kidnapped..... I hate Hollywood/TMZ.

Not a big story, but I'm glad the law hasn't passed in Oregon. I go to Washington quite often, though, and tend to forget about it.

I'm a big fan of these laws...of course, even though I'm hardly ever on my cel phone (I use about 20-30 minutes per month...maybe 2-5 while driving), I'd be the one to get caught. But the majority of the time I see someone doing something stupid while driving, they're on their cel phone. That might not be the sole cause and I know some people are fine at talking and driving at the same time, but it's certainly not helping things.

You're right, cell phones are a huge distraction while driving. I've been in a wreck where I was texting, and I almost got into one while I was on SCF.
