Joe Mullen signs c/o Philadelphia Flyers, where he is an Assistant Coach.

Jim Paek signs c/o Grand Rapids Griffins, where he is an Assistant Coach.

Ron Francis signs c/o Carolina Hurricanes, where he serves as Associate Head Coach/Director of Player Personnel. Tom Barrasso is also an Assistant Coach with the Hurricanes, but not sure about his current signing habits since he was a notorious non-signer in his playing days.

I got Wendell Young C/O the Chicago Wolves a couple of years ago. I'm not sure if he is still coaching with the team, though. There were also some Jagr success c/o the Czech team he owns/plays for last year, but I never tried him personally.
I received Shawn McEachern co/ the UMASS Lowell Hockey team last December. I hope that helps.
