Which team had the best offseason?

With the NBA season just around the corner, I was curious as to which team you think had the best offseason - take into account all signings, trades, players your team was unable to resign, and draft picks.

I posted a similar thread back in July, but there have been other trades/signings since then, and we've seen what some of the draft picks can do, based on the summer league and the preseason.

Can we get a little more bias? lol Man, I know the Celtics had a good offseason, but they didn't have the best offseason - that honor goes to the Spurs.

What bias, lol? But, I honestly think that the acquisition of Artest is going to be huge for the Lakers.

For an unbiased response, I think the Cavs made some big moves, and I just feel that the Spurs acquisitions are a bit overrated, but we’ll wait and see.
