And just as importantly, her life was never in danger.
In most rapes (assuming this was a rape by Kobe), the victim's life is always in danger, b/c you never know what the serial rapist is going to do next.
But this lady at the hotel never had her life in danger.
Kobe, if he did do it, is a farking moron, and deserves to pay her an obscene payment of $50M or $100M or whatever
Athletes are paid a ridiculous amount; and when they commit a crime, should then have to give up that ridiculous amount of money.
And if they want to execute Kobe in the electric chair, that's fine by me.
I liked Kobe a lot, loved his work ethics....but I don't live and die with Kobe

I don't think it was rape. They said it could be anywhere from fondling to rape. I'm leaning towards something in the middle.

I still think this is all bogus... I mean if you just did something illegal to a chick and you were famous, why would you just give them a sample of your DNA?

That is a good point. If you really did something, you would get the lawyers and fight that testing.
