OMG - Success! Patrick Roy...

Hi all,

Well, last week I posted that I met Patrick Roy at the Quebec airport and got his autograph on a post-it. Then, I also told him I would try to go to a Remparts game to get my Avs jersey signed. Little did I know, my parents had bought me a Roy Habs jersey for my upcoming birthday in February.... So tonight, I went to le Colisée, saw Les Remparts win 8-5 and waited until 12.15 AM to see Patrick come out of his office! He remembered me from the airport meeting and as I was the only one still there waiting, he had no qualms with signing both my jerseys and posing for a picture. This is a pretty bad pic of me but I really couldnt care less!

So, here we are...First the waiting crew (missing from the pic is my hubby as he is holding the camera)

My little helpers are Patrick and Pierre-Luc who were my saviors tonight and drove me to the game, thanks a million guys!

Then, the proof that it was getting quite late:

And finally, the autos. First on the Habs crest (better than on his number as it is dark blue and it wouldnt have come out well):

I am absolutely over the moon with this and I feel sooooooo hyper that I do not think i'll be able to sleep honestly. I can't stop staring at the jerseys

You can say that again lol...Well it was for me anyway, i almost cried...my entourage was pretty tired but I still can't sleep :)

Thats a great story...and to have two very nice IP autos out of it, even better. Congrats on both jerseys, and meeting your major PC player.

Also, yeah, IP autos are quite fantastic, I have met Crosby, but never had a conversation or anything close like you did....

Well, I have two suggestions for that....
1. only frame one....
2. Get donations from all of scf (not a tax, but more of a site wide friendly tax lol)...to help you frame it...
