1968 Topps Football Stand Up Inserts Needs

In 1968 Topps inserted these "stand ups" in with the regular football cards. The set has 22 cards total my count is 4/22.

Here are my needs for this set:
1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22

I prefer unpunched cards in at least excellent condition, but to fill-in gaps in the set I'll accept better conditioned "punched out" ones. To have my set complete they all must be unpunched.
