I just did a quick internet search and there are a LOT of people who think pro-abortion and pro-choice are the same thing. It's almost sickening how many people genuinely think this.

christians believe that anyone that is pro-choice is automatically pro-abortion. They simply don't listen, or refuse to. Very similar talk to those who want stricter laws regarding hand-guns and automatic weapons, the collective christian right sees that as trying to ban guns.
