Does the shipping of 3.50 cover 4 packs? If I reserved any packs on another presell, how does this affect my overall shipping total?

Shipping cost is per package...I combined these 4 with the 1 from the other box...

Now if you get more packs in a future box, I would be sending in a separate bubble, so you would have to pay the shipping again on that order...
