Kobe Signing patterns / Team Signed Jersey Real or Fake?

I was told by a friend that Kobe generally always signs within his number even in team signed jerseys and he showed me through several examples. Are there exceptions for this? Here's some pictures of a jersey I'm interested in buying but the authenticator is all-american authenticators and most people I've talked to havent even heard of it.

What throws me is that this is the second jersey from these guys that you have posted here and usually when there is a signing the guys will sign items in the same location on the item. This jersey is signed in totally different locations. I would go with the thinking that it is a really good fake. Kobe is one of those guys along with Griffey and a few other that I just don't trust unless it is UDA. I'm also pretty sure that jersey is one of the cheap import "authentics."
