Panini quality assurance
Does anyone know how long it takes them to replace cards that are supposed to be guaranteed in there product?
I bought a box that was supposed to have at least 2 inserts and 7 RCS...after opening all the packs i received on 2 RCS and 0 inserts. i filed a Quality assurance claim online on 1/20 and sent them the QC sticker and my receipt in the mail. Just curious on there turn around time.

It took them 2 months to replace the box I got that didn't hit stated odds.

2 months..wow...i guess they must be way understaffed or dont care. I think its the latter

Just got a replacement for a box shortage,it took about 1 month.
