    I am all for John Cena winning, but if it's true that Brock Lesnar will be in the championship match at SummerSlam and could win it, I don't want Cena to win at MITB. I am tired of him having the title for a month or two and losing it when they are trying to push another superstar. Roman Reigns would be the best person to win it.

    It makes sense for Cena to win. The WWE stock took a nosedive when they didn't meet their goal for the number of subscribers to the network and a World Title match build up to a Lesnar/Cena match will draw attention and sales from casual fans. Cena is their biggest star and they aren't going to risk putting the belt on somebody new when business is "down".

    According to The Wrestling Observer, the plan in WWE, as of last week, was for John Cena to win the WWE World Title at Money in the Bank on Sunday.


    However, when the SummerSlam DVD cover art was revealed by Amazon, potentially spoiling the main event, plans for Cena to win at Money in the Bank might have changed.


    Despite someone other than Cena winning the title at Money in the Bank being a possibility, plans are still in place for SummerSlam to be headlined a Champion John Cena defending against Brock Lesnar.


    WWE holds it Battleground PPV in July, so even if Cena does not with the title on Sunday, he will likely get it some point before SummerSlam.
