Pretty startling article. To be honest it made me sick to read it. 1/2 a billion dollars, just gone. Am I the only one that sees this for what it is? This is outright theft from the country's coffers.

How would that help besides pile em up and take them to a paper recycling program and make something valuable from them... This isnt like the 80's where countries are stockpiling American currency
