Need advice/direction on getting stiffed!!

Hi All:

Looking for some input/advice on how to handle a recent situation on this site.

On 8/27, I agreed to buy a lot of cards from another member. I immediately sent paypal over the same day (gift) and received a PM that his area was hit by the bad weather and cards would not go out until later in the week. On 9/8, I PM'd him (12 days later) asking for status. He responded:

"Been trying to message you, but my phone has issues and wont message. Cards will be shipped tomorrow, been very very busy just getting home from vacation and starting school."

I PM'd him on Thursday (9/15) asking for status and he has not responded even though he has been on the system a few times.

I am thinking I am hosed, but wondering what options I have if any. I have had many great experiences on this site, but this one has me bummin'! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yep - he has a couple that were done in early September that are waiting to be completed.

He also still has perfect feedback
