Ron Paul was right... speech from 2002.
I support Ron Paul because I think his assertions are a better starting point for discussion than what we are getting from our current Congresspeople, or into the foreseeable future, particularly exhibited by those in the GOP Presidential Race. I certainly don't support everything about his policies and personal beliefs, but I truly believe in his integrity as a person and believe he can offer a stark perspective in the process of working with Congress (which has the power to check a potentially overbearing President) for new solutions in our country.

he is the only person that I can see myself voting for on the Rep ticket. I find it humorous that some of people who have been front runners throughout are completely ridiculous candidates in my opinion.

I like Ron Paul but his Foreign policy scares me. That is the only thing holding me back from voting for him. I just pray he does not run as a third party.

If don't think that either of the canidates wants Ron Paul to run as a 3rd party. A lot of people who like Obama also are intrigued by some of the things that Ron Paul stands for. Obama will also lose votes if Ron Paul runs.Drug and smoke free trading.
