yea, inside one of those padded mailers. I buy them in bulk and when I usually go to post office, they weigh it and it's usually 1.15 to 1.20 with out tracking. I don't know if I'm supposed to pay more?

Ah, I gotcha. If it's thin enough, they mail it as a "large envelope" instead of a "package." The rates are lower.

But it's not good sense for a seller to ship without DC/tracking unless he's familiar with the buyer. It doesn't matter if the buyer says it's okay, as tracking is more of a precaution for the seller than anything.
