At this point, I see why some may have an issue with it still, but I wouldn't/don't. I believe he is a changed person, so why not allow him to get a family dog? If he was dumb enough to get involved with what he use to do again, he'd go back to jail, and I don't think he's that dumb.

There are way more import issues to bicker over than Vick. And alot of ex-convicts who have done worse crimes have animals so why not him. Even though I am totally against people having animals as pets.

What type of pets should people have? You would think that most dogs and cats have it made. They can sit around and do nothing not having to worry about where their next meal is coming from or keeping a roof over their head.

Really? Domestic dogs and cats have been around for 1000s of years. The benefits to both the animals and the humans is immeasurable.

I see no reason why he shouldn't have a dog. People abuse their kids, does the government prevent them from having more kids? Absolutely not. No reason why a dog should get more protection than humans do.

I have 3 cats and believe me, they do what they want, when they want and to say they're at my beck and call is the most laughable thing I've heard this month.
