Guys, this is genius! This law means the sea will never rise in NC, leaving it to rise everywhere else because it's not allowed into NC. Eventually the world will be underwater and NC will rule the Earth. This is the first step towards world domination.

Whether global warming is man made or not isn't the issue. The issue is they've made a law that literally states, "We're ignoring science"
