Quick question on what to do?
I just saw a thread to block a ebay buyer for a fraud case. That ebay buyer did a Best offer for a $140 for a card of mine last week. He still has not paid and I do not want to sell the item to him anymore.
I can report a buyer for not paying but he may pay soon after is there a way I can cancel this BO and just relist it tonight? He lives in canada and just would rather not deal with this.
What is the best approach for this?Flickr: Hidden Content

The best approach is to follow eBay's process. File the NPB, when they say it's cool to re-list, then you re-list.

As long as you send with tracking you are covered by Ebay on the transaction if the person pays. I know who you are talking about and the other transaction was sent regular mail, hence no coverage.
