Eagles Pic Help

I found this picture of chuck bednaric, i believe it is from 1960, not sure, i havent been able to find roster numbers for that year and i would love to get everybody on the pic if they are still alive, now I know the coach isn, just need some help with what year this picure is from and who #11 and #3 are. Thanks

11 is Van Brocklyn, who has passed. 3 is actually 35, Ted Dean, who is still alive. I got him TTm a few years back and the address is in the manager.
