As the proprietor of this contest, I guess I am afforded certain liberties. I will be totally honest... I usually can glance rather quickly at the schedule of most given weeks and pick out 2 or 3 games that I think you all will be interested in more than others. I really do some thinking, however, once I narrow it down. Some weeks, I take a few liberties. For example, I chose two games last week. Earlier in the season, I chose a game because it would be played in Dublin, Ireland.
For the most part, however, I feel a sense of responsibility to you, the SCF members, to pick games you care about.
This, most likely, is NOT one of them. That being said, here is a quick rundown of the MAC tussle we have before us here in Week 11 of the NCAA Guess the Score Contest:
The Akron Zips are coached by a familiar name, Terry Bowden. Points are up in Akron, but the problem is that they are up on the defense, too. Their QB, Dalton Williams, is solid. A 6'4" signal caller with over 3000 yards passing and 24 TDs, there is a chance Williams could get some NFL looks at the combine next year.
Not much optimistic about the Minutemen of UMass, however. Still struggling in their adjustment to FBS football, the numbers are rough: 124th in points scored, 123rd in points given up, and 6 losses by at least 37 points.
It's the 1-9 Zips vs. the 0-9 Minutemen... Let's have some fun with this one!

Yeah, I insinuated as much with my post below the OP. I get that it's a game that very few people even care about, but I figure it would be a little different, having two of the WORST teams after having four of the best (well, three, if you count USC's performance on defense) last week.
Just changing things up a bit...
