    It is a whole card. lol, It is made by Tri-Star and put into their boxes, a lot of companies are taking sigs. on cards, checks, ect. and making cards out of them.
    It's a nice auto and a 10/10.
    I'd let it go for $15 dlvd. Pretty rare, not one on eBay right now active or sold.
